One network. Every product you can sell on it.
Network Infrastructure comprises the network and the connectivity products sold on it: vXC, DIA/IPT, IX, Cloud Access or Custom, all designed and productised for your customers from the start. Documented to the standard your own team can run and extend.
We can advise on the direction, help build the network, or run it if you want us to.
A multi-market African data centre operator. From idea to revenue, we designed and built the platform, productised three services (Access Port, IX and Cloud Access), and enabled their team to sell using collaterals tailored to the local market.
A multi-market Canadian data centre operator. We rebuilt its dedicated-access and transport architecture across 4 metros, migrated it, improved its DIA/IPT product, reduced operational support and churn, and launched a new vXC service.
Your network or DC sells capacity. It could sell products.
A network built to move traffic sells one thing: capacity. The same equipment, when productised, sells many: a vXC to one customer, DIA/IPT to another, and Cloud Access or IX to a third, each a product in its own right, all from the same kit. Most networks never make that step. They were built to carry traffic, not products, so every new service is a one-off, and the equipment earns far less than it could.
A physical cloud connection is where that shows. A cross-connect is a single physical connection: one cable, one customer, one service, and that is the ceiling. Sell an access port onto your own network instead. That same connection carries many virtual products at once: vXC, DIA/IPT, IX, Cloud Access or Custom, each defined and sold in its own right. The difference is not the cable. It is whether the connection is a single service or an asset you keep selling new products on.
Where you start depends on what you already own
You run a data centre.
Your customers are asking for colocation, access to the cloud and AI platforms they use, and the connectivity to reach them, all together. They do not want to stand up a workload across three vendors and integrate it themselves. Today you sell the space and power, then point them elsewhere for the network and the cloud on-ramps, so someone else takes the connectivity revenue and a share of the relationship.
Carrier-neutral is your point of pride, but the customer does not always want a choice of carriers; they want one partner to solve their problems. A network of your own, with the connectivity products that sell on it, lets you address the whole request: the same footprint now sells vXC, DIA/IPT, IX, and Access into cloud and AI platforms, alongside colo, on the estate you already operate.
You run a telecoms or fibre network.
You have the network, the engineering and a product set already in market: Layer 1, Layer 2, Layer 3, the services your customers buy today. The limit is rarely capability. It is that those products were shaped from the inside, by how things have always been done, and refined as far as one company’s own view can take them.
We have built and run these products for other operators, so we bring an outside view: where the packaging, the service edge, or the commercials could be sharper, and how to productise for many customers rather than tailor for one. The same portfolio, strengthened by people who have seen it work elsewhere.
You run an internet exchange.
Whichever you are, the move is the same: the customer demand is already there, turn the network you run into the products that meet it. Here is how we build it.
Documented so your team can run it.
We design and build the network and the connectivity products sold on it, so the same equipment supports many services rather than one, and each customer relationship stays yours. You get the design behind the build, so your own team can operate and extend it. A network built to sell productised Layer 2 and Layer 3 services.
We design the network end to end: BOM, HLD, LLD, architecture, configuration and service deployment. The design is documented and signed off before anything is built, so what you are buying is a decision you made, not a black box you inherit. When you span sites, the design covers the metro and backbone transport between them, with a capacity plan to size it.
The network is built to stay up and keep you in control. Out-of-band management is designed in as standard, so a configuration change can never lock you out of a device. Monitoring and alerting are built on an open-source stack you own outright, with no licensing to renew, and if you would rather run a premium platform that is your call to make.
The products sold on the network are designed in, not bolted on. Layer 2 services like EPL/vXC and IX, and Layer 3 services like DIA/IPT, are carried over a single access port as VLANs, each defined as a product with its own service edge, configuration and SLA before it carries a customer. Build your own IX and connect the networks already in your facilities.
Reach the cloud hyperscalers and their rich ecosystem of services through an automated on-ramp, delivered quickly, with our partner Megaport as one route. Your customers buy an access port onto your network, and the platform and the customer contract remain yours.
We build what we designed and integrate it with the network you already run. Where you need your own numbering, we help you acquire IP space and an ASN through the local registry and bring them into service. Standards-based, and tested against the service definitions before it carries live traffic.
Every build ships with the documentation to run it: HLD, LLD, configuration baselines and operational runbooks. Your team runs and extends the network without relying on us.

A block on its own, or part of a larger platform.
Buy it on its own, or as the network layer inside a full business transformation.
Advise, build and run. Take all three, or only what you need.
All three engagement models are delivered through the PTX Innovation Lifecycle, our method for taking network infrastructure from idea to revenue.
We advise. You build.
The network architecture and the product set, so your team builds it right.
We build and deliver.
The network infrastructure, the monitoring and operational workflows, productised services, built and integrated with the estate you can run.
We run it.
Operated and assured in production, with a set management fee that scales as you grow. Infrastructure health, service delivery and product development under a single monthly fee.
You own the IP we build together. The source code is yours: no product licence, nothing to renew, nothing phoning home. Run is offered, not required: we operate it for you, or hand it to your team. Your leverage grows as you own and extend the asset, instead of compounding inside a platform you rent. Advise, build and run is a choice, not a dependency.
See what your infrastructure could become.
Tell us what you have to work with, a footprint, a network, an exchange. We will map what it could become, and what it is worth.
