One methodology, from idea to
revenue.
The PTX Innovation Lifecycle takes a product through four phases, with twelve services beneath them. It is how your outsourced product-development team moves, whether we advise, build or run. AI runs through all four phases, directed and verified by the team that builds it.
Four phases.
Twelve services.
Together, they turn an asset you own into a market-ready product.

- Launch & Adoption
The story, the sales capability and the measured launch.
One connected method.
Take it whole, or in parts.
Every engagement starts with the asset you already own and ends with a product your team can run, sell and grow. The four phases are one chain: evidence becomes direction, direction becomes a product, and the product becomes revenue. Buy the strategy from one firm and the build from another, and the join between them is where the product fails.
If you need one thing only, a market read, an architecture, a launch, you buy that one service on its own. You do not have to commit to a programme to work with us.
The PTX Innovation Lifecycle is the method. How you contract for it is the next choice.
Advise, build and run.
You choose the role we play.
We advise. You execute.
The strategy, product and commercial case, so your team builds the right thing. Typically 1-3+ months. This is where most engagements open.
We build and deliver.
The product, built to production, integrated and ready for your customers. Typically 3-12+ months, project-based or on retainer.
We run it.
The platform operated in production to a service level: support, optimisation and new features. Retained, for as long as you want us there.
Run is offered, not required. You own the IP we build together. We can run the blocks or platform for you, or hand it to your own team. Advise, build and run gives you the choice, not a dependency.
In-house, the cost is certain. The deliverables are not.
Hire the team yourself and you wait out a cycle of three to six months, for skills that may not exist in your market. Even with the team in place, the new product fights for budget and senior attention against everything that already earns, and comes second. And at the end of it, the delivery risk still sits with you.
A salary is not a deliverable.
What you pay PTX for is senior judgement and instinct on the decisions, the architecture, the risks and the blockers, applied across every phase by
the team that also builds it.
You buy outcomes, not a payroll. Contracted milestones, priced by programme, with a full costed plan before you commit.
You own the deliverables and the IP. When we build or run, the delivery accountability is ours.
The full lifecycle has run end to end in production, more than once. See the proof.
