Louis Richards

Louis is Chief Commercial Officer of PTX Technologies, leading commercial strategy, partnerships, and marketing globally.

He brings more than a decade of commercial leadership across digital infrastructure, most recently at GTT and before that at PCCW Global and Console Connect, where he helped build the commercial engine behind a leading Network-as-a-Service platform. His career has spanned start-ups, scale-ups, and large incumbents, giving him a working understanding of what commercial execution looks like at every stage of a business.

At PTX, Louis turns client capability into commercial outcome. He works with operators to translate new infrastructure investment into products the market actually buys: identifying who pays, what they pay for, and how to position it against the competition. Digital infrastructure is a sector where strong ideas often stall before revenue arrives. Louis’s focus is making sure PTX clients don’t.
