Clare Tattersall

Clare is Co-founder and CFO of PTX Technologies, leading finance, legal, and people operations globally.

She brings more than a decade of senior leadership experience in scale-ups and high-growth businesses, including SimpliSafe, IX Reach, and Console Connect. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Clare’s expertise spans financial strategy and reporting, legal and commercial risk, and the operational frameworks that let a global consultancy scale responsibly.

At PTX, Clare is responsible for the commercial foundations that allow the business to engage clients across multiple geographies and jurisdictions: contracts, compliance, hiring, and the governance that protects both PTX and its partners as the company grows.
