Wes Jensen

Wes is Non-Executive Chairman of PTX Technologies, bringing more than three decades of operating and board experience across telecommunications, data centres, software, and digital infrastructure.

He was most recently CTO at PacketFabric, where he led platform and product strategy for the SDN interconnection provider. Earlier in his career, he held senior engineering leadership roles at Verizon Business (XO), Lumen (Level 3), and Digital Realty, with earlier roles at Ameritech and Qwest.

Wes is also a serial co-founder of infrastructure software ventures. These include WANaware, an observability platform for performance, availability and security; 21 Packets, a quantum-safe routing platform; and AI1, a European consortium aligning operators, data centres, and software firms around sovereign AI infrastructure.

At PTX, Wes provides strategic counsel and governance as the company scales, drawing on direct operating experience of the platforms and business models our clients are now building. His focus is on helping PTX standardise where it accelerates delivery, stay flexible where outcomes demand it, and scale responsibly across global markets.
