Neil Lathwood

Neil is Chief Technology Officer of PTX Technologies, leading product, engineering, and development globally.

He brings more than two decades of senior technology leadership in cloud and managed services. As CTO of UKFast, Neil was part of the leadership team that grew the business from a start-up to one of the UK’s largest managed service providers, valued at £400M+. He later served as Chief Product Officer at ANS Group, where he led the UKFast/ANS product integration and the realignment of the combined business around product-led growth.

At PTX, Neil is responsible for the technical capability that sits behind every client engagement: architecture, engineering, and product development, delivered by practitioners who have shipped at scale. His focus is helping operators move beyond capability lists and towards products that address real customer complexity, with the differentiation to win against larger competitors.
